Hey everyone Happy 😊 Sunday. Here are two really simple techniques to change your day in a positive way.
1. When you wake up in the morning, first thing, think of 5 – 10 things you are thankful for ie: you woke up, the sun is shining, you have food in the fridge, etc. Feel emotionally grateful for these things and see how your day changes.
2. Before going to bed at night, relax and replay your day, in a positive way. Find as many events in the day that you can see as a positive. DO NOT focus on the negative if you had a tough day. In the event of a challenging day try to think of a meal that you liked, your clean shirt felt good when you put it on, or a song on the radio made you smile just when you needed it. There is always some good in all our days, your job is to find it, and focus on the grateful emotions of the good.
