Replace fear with confidence.

These sure are some crazy days. Corvid 19 is disrupting everyone’s life. Unfortunately these disruptions will probably get a bit more challenging in the months to come. About 70% of Americans have been or will be furloughed from their place of employment. After bills are paid and food is bought and last week’s check is spent on necessities, where will next month’s income come from? Once the money is gone, and there is no money coming in for 70% of Americans what happens then? It is estimated that 80% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. What happens when the paycheck stops coming?

Those are scary thoughts. Currently most thoughts today focus on “how do I not get sick, or pass on this current catastrophic virus. I have spoken with some terrified people. Many people are not seeing loved one’s for fear they might pass on a disease. Key word is might. I would never let the possibility of harm stop me from doing something I love.

Forced change is never easy. We are being forced to change due to a cold. We risk viruses and disease every day, why is this treated so differently. And why are we so allowing of our government to restrict our freedoms and risk economic devastation. We are governing to the 1.4% fatality rate of a cold. Kind of like saying, “well 2% of the world will become criminals, so we best lock everyone up to stop the spread of criminality.”

I emphasize with everyone facing death because of this cold. However there are so many other deaths occurring daily that corvid 19 pales in comparison. Opioids and other synthetic pharmaceuticals, medical errors, misdiagnosis, alcohol, cigarettes, domestic abuse, starvation, suicide, even the regular yearly flu kills millions more than will be affected by this virus. Yet because we don’t fear those causes of death mentioned above, we just go on with our daily lives with no fear.

Today we fear a bug, whether man made or natural doesn’t matter. It is a bug that is new and scary. But it’s just a bug. Many of you may get sick and naturally build immunities to it. 99% of you WILL NOT die. About 70% – 80% of us won’t even get sick. It is time to take a hard look at whether or not the decisions that are being made in fear, that is forcing us to change our lives and give away freedoms, is really in our best interests.

Here comes the cannabis connection, and shameless self promotion. (lol) ūüôĄ. You may want to buy my book for a more thorough explanation.

White society’s fear of immigrants and black Americans in the 1930’s heavily contributed to marijuana becoming illegal. (Some corporate shenanigans as well, but I digress). This fear of cultures was transferred to a fear of a plant. The media spread lies and created fear that was then used to sway public opinion. The next thing you know, cannabis and hemp (life giving plants) became illegal. Not because of scientific facts, but prohibition became law because of fake news in the media.

This is of course only my opinion. Some thoughts I decided to share as I sit here waiting to get my furlough notice. I am generating as many positive thoughts and possible courses of action that I can.

The future is unknown and totally scary. It is taking a lot of my energy to stay focused on my finale. I don’t plan on dieing anytime soon, (fearless), so I will need some plans in place to ensure my comfort and survival. You should do the same. Start planning right now. What are you going to do? Don’t focus on “OMG what am I going to do?” in fear. Take some time to clear your mind and let some answers and possibilities come to you. With an open and clear mind you will see a direction to take. It might not work at first, but keep trying. By taking positive action you will begin building your confidence. Before you know it the fear will be replaced by confidence, and the fear may even go away entirely.

You control how you feel. It is as simple as that. You control the level of fear you want to feel. If you want to be fearless, have a plan, take action, it will bring confidence that will help eliminate fear. If disease scares you change your diet. 75% of what I put in my body is from nature. I am fearless of disease because I ensure my body and mind are healthy. I am prepared physically for any disease, any day. If I do get sick, I have an arsenal of natural ingredients I will use to boost my immunities and heal my body.

In closing, I don’t want anyone to have fears of a disease. In most instances a healthy lifestyle will prevent most illnesses. I believe it will even work against corvid 19. Have a plan for what you do in life. Knowing your alternatives will help reduce fear. Finally please don’t listen to, or make decisions based on fear. The “what ifs” of the world don’t usually come true‚Ķ.

In 2004, having fallen and fractured my spine, I began a slow death spiral as an addict to legal opioids. For the next eight years, I battled depression and stomach ulcers. At the end of every month, I would face withdrawal symptoms, as well as the fear of running out of medication.      At one point, I was prescribed 1080 total pills every month! More than half were opioids, while the rest were prescribed to fix the problems opium was causing.      In 2012, I was rushed to the emergency room with bleeding ulcers. This happened again in 2014. I had lost almost 40 pounds during this time period. I was killing myself.      One night at the end of the month in 2014, I was facing imminent withdrawal sickness. Let me tell you: withdrawal sucks! I was not eligible for a refill but I needed the drugs. I grabbed a gun and went to a nearby pharmacy. I sat outside that store for about an hour. Finally, I decided that the best thing I could do would be to break away from the addictive drugs. I went home, went through some withdrawal sickness, and started planning my strategy.      It took me another two years to successfully get free. Eleven years after beginning my journey with opioids, I was able to beat the addiction through the use of medical marijuana, changing to a mostly natural-food diet, focusing on positivity and gratefulness, and getting outside in nature. I have been pharmaceutical free since 2016      Over several years of extensive research, I learned that medical marijuana could help with eliminating opioid addiction while reducing withdrawal symptoms and providing natural pain relief. I discovered that there was proven science backing up marijuana as medicine. I researched cannabis and hemp: their uses, benefits, and side effects, and how cannabinoids help the human body create homeostasis naturally, without side effects, addiction, or overdose issues.       As a master grower, I was aware of plant nutrient needs, and I realized that they are very similar to human nutrient needs. I began researching fruits, vegetables, and herbs extensively. Learning that nature provides all the nutrients a body needs. Consuming a variety of organic foods everyday will keep your body in a perfect state to fight off disease. As my body healed I was able to focus on my mind as well. You must; get your body right, to get your mind right, to get your life right.       I have also studied many current and historical positive thought mentors. Learning that, "we are what we think we are", as well as negative thoughts attract negative things, and positive thoughts attract positive outcomes.       I combined all of this knowledge to devise my theory on; The Three Life Centers of the body. Keeping these three areas balanced will keep your life balanced.      Medical marijuana helped reduce my drug withdrawal symptoms, enabling me to eliminate opioids, and I credit it with saving my life..      Because of my success eating and medicating naturally, maintaining positivity and gratitude, while embracing nature, I decided that I wanted to help educate others, and assist them with their own health and life issues.      I've been an advocate for medical marijuana legalization since 2014. I have lobbied senators, traveled statewide to speak on behalf of the cannabis community, and appeared in local forums, to share my journey and bring people's awareness to the benefits of medical marijuana, natural dieting, and positivity.       With this website, my goal is to dispel some myths, while educating you on a plant that has numerous health benefits (cannabis). Simplify your diet to achieve balance and good health through nature. Help you to create an environment of positivity and gratitude, and encourage you to get outside experience nature. I will even share some hidden gardening tips.
